Whether you’re completely new to lifting weights or you’re an experienced lifter, reach your goals training with Kurt. If you are near Sheboygan, WI receive in-person, one-on-one coaching. Training sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes but do vary. First session FREE!

If this is your first time ordering, fill out this questionnaire and Kurt will contact you to schedule your sessions. Your free session will automatically be added to your order (e.g. if you checkout with 1 session you actually have 2 sessions).

Not your first time ordering? Feel free to use this to make your regular payments. Cash/check also accepted at session. Sessions expire December 31st of year purchased. No refunds.

*Competition coaching/handling included if travel is within 1.5 hours driving distance of Sheboygan, WI and doesn’t require overnight stay(s). 1.6+ hour travel and/or overnight stay(s) costs will be billed after the meet.
