Kurt Duchow
Like many, I began lifting weights to become a better football player. I started out as a 145lb freshman who couldn’t bench the 45lb barbell. The desire to be a better football player, started my journey to become as big and strong as possible. I’ve done so through life’s obstacles, injuries, staying at a healthy body composition, and without PEDs. Through the pursuit of these goals, I gained practical experience through experimentation with various types of training regimens and constant study.
My goal is to help you become your strongest because I have experienced how strength training improved my health and performance. Compliance, consistency, adding manageable amounts of weight to the barbell over time, and goal specific training are the keys to getting stronger. I will do whatever I can to help you set new personal records (PRs). I’ve been where you are, and, if you work with me, you will be your strongest.
